Customer service is key! Leading freight forwarder seeks a logistics co-ordinator for the customer service department. Import knowledge essential, export knowledge advantageous. Matric + 5 years in a customer service or logistics role essential. Document knowledge includes purchase orders, bill of ladings and air waybills, reports and all commercial documents. Handle preparations & routings, check on delayed shipments, track and analyse miss-shipments to ensure they do not occur again.
